Your Customer Success Manager calls you — usually the same day. This is where we work out what you actually need: the tasks you want off your plate, the working style that fits your team, the hours, and the industry experience that matters. Ten minutes on a call tells us more than any form could.
Straight after that call, we match you against our vetted VA network and send you a profile — often within a few hours, the same day. You'll receive a shortlisted candidate, not a stack of résumés, so there's no screening on your end. If you'd like to see an alternative, just say so.
If the profile looks right, we set up a short intro call with your VA — typically the next day. It's there to confirm the fit and agree how you'll work together. If the match isn't right, we find a replacement, at no extra charge.
If the intro call goes well, your VA starts straight away — there's no separate onboarding phase to wait out. Your CSM stays assigned to your account from that point on: checking in, handling any performance concerns, and acting as your direct contact whenever your needs change or you want to scale up.

Our VAs are familiar with commonly used business tools — CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), project management platforms (Asana, Monday, ClickUp), communication tools (Slack, Zoom), and document suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Specific tool experience is confirmed during matching.
